Terms of Service

Welcome to JASS POS. By purchasing a subscription, activating our local POS register terminal client, or accessing our cloud operational analytics platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Plans & Service Delivery

JASS POS is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription model. Fees are billed based on the plan selected (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) and are non-refundable. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run our client-side software on active registers up to the limit authorized by your plan.

2. Database Cache & Offline Operation License

Our offline synchronization engine is authorized to build and manage local transaction caches on physical hardware owned or leased by your restaurant. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute our offline software core, PHP queries, or SQLite database structure configuration.

3. Payment Integrations & Liability

While JASS POS integrates with major payment processing gateways (including Stripe, Adyen, and credit card readers), we act solely as the software routing mechanism. You are responsible for all processor merchant account setup fees, chargebacks, customer refunds, and payment hardware maintenance.
